The famous flea market happens twice a week but Saturday is tourist chaos. Tuesday has the same vendors with half the crowds.
Best finds are old azulejo tiles, vintage Portuguese ceramics, and 1960s furniture. Prices start high but everything's negotiable. Bring cash and a reusable bag.
Watch for pickpockets in the crowded sections near the cathedral. The quieter stalls at the edge often have better deals anyway.
