Plant restaurant - korean bbq without the meat
Hongdae spot serving mushroom galbi that actually sizzles. King oyster mushrooms with marinades that recreate the whole korean bbq experience. Even my omnivore friends were impressed.
Full setup with lettuce wraps, banchan, grilling at your table. About 15-20k per person. Proves korean cuisine can be plant-based without losing the social dining aspect. Kimchi is properly fermented without fish sauce too.
