Most people walk the bridges but there's this passenger ferry between banpo and yeouido that runs april through october. 15 minutes each way, 3000 won. Way better than being stuck with crowds on banpo bridge.

Every 20 minutes on weekends 10am-9pm, less frequent weekdays. Time it for evening and you get the rainbow fountain show plus skyline views from the water. Completely different angle.
