At my age, I've learned to research massage places carefully. Health Land is professional, clean, reasonably priced.

Two-hour traditional Thai massage ฿440. Therapists trained and certified, not random people. Multiple locations but I prefer Sukhumvit Soi 19.

Open 9 AM-11 PM daily. Can request female therapist. Facility spotless, they provide clean clothes.

After walking temples all day, exactly what your feet and back need.

If you need to stretch out after all that street food and walking around, studio siam has beautiful drop-in classes. 450-650 baht depending on what you choose. Their heated room flows with english instruction feel so grounding when bangkok energy gets too intense.

They do sound healing sessions and workshops too. The bamboo floors and natural light make it feel worlds away from the chaos outside. Just bring lots of water because the heat plus flow is pretty intense.

Public bus from southern bus terminal reaches damnoen saduak for ฿80. Takes 1.5 hours vs expensive tour buses. Leaves every hour from 6am. Locals use this route — No tour guide nonsense, just cheap transport to the market

The energy here is incredible - practicing yoga while watching the sunset over Bangkok's skyline hits different. They have mats and towels available for rent.
