Look for vendors with charcoal grills around central Pattaya areas from 4 PM onwards. The best ones have been doing this for years and their pork skewers are perfect — Proper char, not overcooked, perfectly seasoned. Usually 15-20 THB each, and you can watch them work the grill.

Skip the tourist-friendly stalls on Beach Road that charge 25-30 THB for worse quality. Good spots focus on just pork skewers and sticky rice, that's it. No English spoken but just point and hold up fingers for how many you want. Cash only.
