Gratitude restaurant - plant-based schnitzel that doesn't suck

Finally found proper plant-based schnitzel and spätzle that doesn't taste like cardboard. Gratitude on Türkenstraße does vegan Bavarian dishes using seitan and cashew cream. Their vegan weisswurst is surprisingly good - texture is spot on. Beer selection includes local vegan-certified brews which is rare. Mains €20+ for creative dishes. Only vegan place in Munich that doesn't feel like it's apologizing for existing.
