790 acres of hills, woods, swimming ponds. Parliament Hill circular routes roughly 5-6km with decent climb, incredible city views from the top. More challenging than flat canal paths everywhere else.

Extend route to Kenwood House for longer distance. Early morning best before dog walkers take over. Northern Line to Hampstead station, 5min walk to heath entry.
