Tourist bars on istiklal are garbage. Babylon is where real musicians play. Everything from turkish jazz to experimental electronic. Sound system is proper - better than most london venues.

Cover varies 100-200 try depending on who's playing. Gets going around 11pm, stays packed until 3am. Crowd is locals and expats who actually care about music.
