Every Tuesday and Thursday 5am, group of 15-20 local runners meets at Marine Cove for social 5-8km along the coast. Welcome visitors, adjust pace for different levels.

Route follows park connector past Bedok Jetty with sunrise over South China Sea. After run, group grabs breakfast at nearby coffeeshop for traditional kopi and toast. Free to join, meet locals not tourists. Find them at Marine Cove playground 5am sharp. Look for group stretching under pavilion.
